At SKECOTRADERS-LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Downloads or eBooks
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products
  • Products damaged through misuse by the customer
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may only be refunded if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a store credit once the returned item has been received and approved.

If the gift was purchased and shipped to the original buyer before being given to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • We sent the wrong item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
